Happy New Years, everyone :)
Hope you guys had a very fun but safe time :)
Another year, another chance.
Time to change, make goals and make this year count.
Haha, I always make New Years Resolutions. But sometimes, I don't really see the point.
If we really had a specific goal in mind, why would we wait until New Years to make it?
If you want to lose weight, start changing your habits now. Don't wait until New Years.
If you want to get better at something, start practicing now.
I think New Years Resolutions are a way for us to procrastinate our goals ;)
Because doing it on New Years makes it seem more official, doesn't it?
But I'm a hypocrite. I've made New Years Resolutions xD
One. Stay healthy and active
Oh boy, this is going to be so hard to do, since my school is situated right in the centre of an avenue with the best Italian, Greek and Mexican food there. It's so easy to just walk outside during lunch and eat there. And I'm naturally lazy, too, which means I won't get up until I really have to xD
Two. Write in my journal everyday, at an earlier time.
"If it's worth living, it's worth recording" I really want to capture everything that's happened in a day. I dunno, I'm a nostalgic person and I get scared of forgetting memorable things that happened. I also need to write in them earlier in the day ... I usually write in my journal at around maybe 11pm so by the time I'm done it's probably 12:30pm, which is not very good when I have to go to school the next day.
Three. Spend less time on the computer
Lol. YEAH OKAY.
Four. Regret nothing
This one's going to be hard, but by the same time next year, I don't want to be looking back and saying "Ohhh crap I really should've done that". I want to look back on this year and feel that I've accomplished something and have taken risks :)
I've recently come across a really cool video on YouTube. You know those popular songs that you always hear on the radio? The ones you start to hate, but can't get out of your head? Some guy decided to remix all 25 of the most popular songs of 2009 into one song, and it sounds flawless. Check itttt
Hmmm.
How would you say 2010?
Twenty ten?
Two thousand ten?
Haha. Cheers

Winter Break :)

I think this fits the mood quite well :)
Yay it's Winter Break! Finally. I've been waiting for this for forever. Through all the tests and assignments, I kind of last track of time and I didn't really hit me until maybe, today that it was Winter Break.
It feels so nice just being on the computer, watching TV, talking to friends and not worrying (for the most part) about any schoolwork.
Life's good right now :)
Winter Formal was really fun! I loved dressing up and looking pretty xD I got my hair done at a salon -- it was basically just really curly with a little bob at the top. Hard to describe, but I really liked it. :) I also had a light blue dress with a light blue necklace to match. Fun fun times just dancing and knowing that there was nothing to worry about the next day! (The dance was on Thursday and the teachers were forbidden to give us any homework for Friday)
Our Winter Talent Show blew me away just like every year. It still amazes me how much talent there is at our little school, and the fact that they have the courage to go out there, even though they know that they're not the best.
Hm, since it's my last year, I'm thinking about doing something for the next talent show that's happening near Spring.
I don't know. Maybe.
I really wouldn't know what to do, though.
3 more days until Christmas! :)
Hope everyone has amazing things planned with their family and friends!
Happy Happy Holidays.

This just made my day. Such a weird Christmas video xD

"Always remember, you are braver than you believe
stronger than you seem
+ smarter than you think."
I spent my whole weekend studying for Physics and Math.
Didn't even try to take a step outside because it's around -40 degrees celsius out there.
But being stuck in my house isn't so bad :P
Did you know my mom and my dad are both insane players of Big Two?
I literally spent two hours just playing with them, laughing, dancing (well, I danced when I won) and talking.
I haven't had any family bonding time in so long, with all the stress and homework. It seems like I'm always stuck in my room studying.
But today was so much fun. I miss it :)
I beat them a lot more than I thought I could, so maybe by playing with them I kinda improved a bit, too
My favourite song, at the moment :)
Starfield // Shipwreck
Dear Friend,
I hope you still read this! I miss you.
Hope you're happy :)
Cheers
